Javed Sikander is the Group Program Manager for Microsoft BizTalk Server and Azure BizTalk Services. He is responsible for driving the vision, strategy and development of the product. With his over two decades of enterprise software experience, Javed engages with customers and partners to understand their needs and build products that enable them to cloud optimize every aspect of their business.
Since joining Microsoft in 2003, Javed has been in various product development and technical evangelism roles engaging with enterprise developers and solution architects. . Javed started his career in 1994 at i2 technologies, developing parts of i2’s flagship Supply Chain Planner suite. He was later responsible for the development of i2’s Supply Chain Analytics Platform and Solutions. After i2, He led the product management team at Tradec Software, an early stage company based in the Silicon Valley developing strategic sourcing applications for the high tech industry. Javed received an MS Computer Science degree from the University of Texas at Dallas and a BS Computer Science degree from Hyderabad, India. After staying in the US for 20 years, Javed relocated back to India and resides in Hyderabad with his wife and their three children.
Guru Venkataraman is working as a Senior program manager at Microsoft. He had spend the last decade on Microsoft BizTalk Server product team, have seen various releases of the product in the last 10 years.

Steef-Jan is an IT architect/Consultant with over 14 years of experience as a technical lead developer and application architect, specializing in custom applications, enterprise application integration (BizTalk), Web services and Windows Azure. He has experience in architecting, designing, developing, and supporting sophisticated and innovative software using many different Microsoft technologies and products.
Steef-Jan is very active in the BizTalk community as a blogger, Wiki author/editor, forums moderator, and public speaker. He is a published author (BizTalk Server 2010 Cookbook) and Microsoft Integration MVP. He has received the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for his contributions to the world-wide BizTalk Server community in 2010. He was re-awarded his MVP status in July 2011 and 2012.
Historically, both EAI and EDI has been performed through BizTalk. With this preview we will give an early glimpse into how Microsoft envisions these types of integration scenarios being addressed in a Platform as a Service (PaaS) based environment.

Tord Glad Nordahl is a BizTalk Administrator expert at Bouvet ASA (http://www.bouvet.no). He works as an advisor and performs training, health checking, and other administrator tasks at different companies in Norway. He is also a public speaker at different events over the world.

He is a Microsoft Integration MVP for many years. He is one of the author of the book "BizTalk Server 2010 Unleashed".
Jon Fancey is a co-founder of Affinus, a UK-based consultancy specializing in large-scale enterprise problems and solutions. Jon focuses on Microsoft’s server products, in particular BizTalk Server and SharePoint as well as web services and associated technologies. He has written for MSDN Magazine and Web site and talked at various Microsoft-focused conferences including TechEd. Jon is one of the long time Microsoft Integration MVP. Currently he is helping some of the large enterprise customers along with Microsoft in the Azure EDI and BizTalk Server space.
